My name is Jaco Hamman. I have a National Diploma in Agricultural Management and have been a real estate agent since 2010, after being a farmer myself. JH Properties was founded from my experience and love of the real estate industry. The Northern Cape, North West and Free State are my specialty areas, but I can also accommodate other areas. I’d like to assist you in the purchase and sale of properties, farms, farming equipment and livestock. Auctions are also part of my specialty.
I was introduced to the real estate business in 1992 where I acted as a rental agent in Pretoria for 5 office complexes and 1 apartment complex. When we moved to my hometown Hartswater I started my own realtors business in Hartswater. I always walk the extra mile for my clients. But then life took me on some other turns and I ended up in the agricultural commodity market since 2005. In 2021 I met Jaco Hamman and by acknowledging my marketing skills he asked me to join his realtor business. I’m proud to say that through my experience in the relator business and partnership with JH properties and experience in the Agricultural business I feel that I have enough experience to help you find your ideal property.
Ek het aan die Pretoria Technikon Landbou-Diereproduksie studeer. Daarna het ek vir my pa gewerk op ons plaas in Zululand. Ons het n algemene boerdery bedryf. My pa is in 2010 oorlede en ek het in 2015 ons plaas verkoop. In Boshof het ek grond gekoop en geboer. Deur die soeke na grond en die liefde vir landbou het ek besef dat ek ‘n verskil kan maak vir mense wat grond wil koop of verkoop, en daarom het ek betrokke geraak in eiendomme. Ek soek graag vir my kliënte grond waarop hulle suksesvol kan boer, en is baie opgewonde om deel van JH Properties te kan wees. Kontak my vir enige navrae !!!
